Ikigai is a Japanese concept that involves connection with our daily rituals and personal values.

I incorporate this philosophy in my sessions because it motivates us to cultivate our personal relationships, fulfill our roles, and move towards a life goal with a healthy sense of urgency.  This is especially helpful for those of us who live with ADHD because it allows us to be aligned with our values and strengths, which is very motivating! 

Through introspection, this concept will guide us to understand our reason for being,  which will allow us to build the foundation for acceptance, connection, and inclusion.

We Use Coaching to…

Accompany you and guide you on a meaningful path to self-discovery.

Coaching will also provide tools to help you live a life that aligns with your values and strengths. On this path, we’ll identify measurable objectives and work to meet them.

This transformational process will help you navigate conflicts, sometimes exacerbated by neurodiversity, and stand on a solid, supportive foundation on which to keep growing.

We’ll start out by analyzing your current situation and your circumstances as a starting point, and together we’ll work to eliminate barriers, bring out your highest and best self.

I’ll provide you with the insight and knowledge you’ll need to increase your sense of connection from a place of empathy, experience, and awareness.

It’s important that youtrust the process, keep an open mindand have a willingness to do the work.. I’ll be by your side to accompany you and to encourage you to reflect on your limiting beliefs through the powerful questions I’ll ask.

We’ll set up a roadmap of honesty, respect, and trust to get you out of your comfort zone and into your learning and growing zone. But you’ve got to stick with it.

I can work with you in person, in Madrid, or online. And if you feel more comfortable speaking in Spanish, or even Spanglish, then we’ll do so.
